Strawberry Oatmeal Vegan Yogurt

Light dessert, satisfying breakfast and healthy snack to go!

Ingredients:

1-2 servings

  • 200 ml plant based milk - almond, cashew, soy, oat (or water)
  • 5 tablespoons gluten free oats
  • 1 banana 
  • 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen )
  • 2-3 dates

Method:

Everything is very simple! Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Let stand for 10 minutes. Eat yogurt with a spoon. And if you want a more liquid yogurt, add more milk or water.
