Strawberry Oatmeal Vegan Yogurt
Light dessert, satisfying breakfast and healthy snack to go!

- 200 ml plant based milk - almond, cashew, soy, oat (or water)
- 5 tablespoons gluten free oats
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen )
- 2-3 dates
Everything is very simple! Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Let stand for 10 minutes. Eat yogurt with a spoon. And if you want a more liquid yogurt, add more milk or water.
