1. Boil rice, lentils and potato
2. Stew broccoli with onion add lentils, potato and rice mix with pumpkin-tomato sauce
Add fresh spinach and bell pepper
Sauce: mix pumpkin + sunflower seeds in a food processor with garlic, lemon juice and tomato paste or fresh tomatoes.
