Carob and Banana Tempura

Healthy tempura free from frying and oils!
But still crunchy and delicious!
Very easy to cook and perfect for festive feast!
- 3/4 cup of Quinoa (cooked according to packet instructions)
- 3 tablespoons carob powder
- 5 pitted medjool dates
- 2 Bananas
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Cook the quinoa with dates according to the packet instructions.
Add carob powder
Chop the bananas into large chunks.
Dip them into the quinoa mix, using your hands to cover the banana.
Place on the tray and bake for 30 minutes until the outside feels crispy.
Leave on the tray to cool for 5 minutes.
